All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, and you will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

The content provided within the App, including workout routines, nutritional guidance, and wellness advice, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or wellness program. By using the App, you acknowledge that physical activities involve inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for any injuries or health-related issues that may occur.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by CLUB JOURNEYFIT or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission. If you submit, upload, or share content through the App, such as fitness progress or comments, you grant CLUB JOURNEYFIT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display that content for the operation and promotion of the App. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

CLUB JOURNEYFIT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the App and its content will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document and, if significant changes are made, by providing additional notice within the App or via email.
